Rethink2014

Whoever comes are the right people; whenever it starts is the right time; whatever happens is the only thing that could have. Join groups in the main hall for group discussion, or the open breakout rooms for individual space and reflection. Here we open space for the emergent conversations, meetings, and reflections of Rethink 2014.

Delegates can choose to do one of three options during this block:

1. CONVERSATIONS (main hall):
Join other delegates in the main hall for an hour of World Café-style dialogue. In several rounds of discussion, you will dynamically meet many other delegates and explore on topics central to Rethink 2014's theme of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Partnership for Global Development. 

2. MEETINGS (Munro rooms):
Is there something specific you wanted to explore at conference? Inspired by Open Space Technology, you can set up a meeting about anything you'd like during this block -- likewise, you can attend any meeting another delegate has posted. In these meetings, you will meet people who share your passions and explore lessons, insights, questions, and answers about something important to you.

3. REFLECTIONS (McKennitt rooms): 
Need to plan, capture, or think by yourself? Your internal dialogue is important, too! This option uses the Dialogue block as a chance to be introspective: to debrief, recollect, to breathe deep and to re-energize in the midst of the excitement of the conference. Break out your journal, make plans, and start important work here.
